This credit union is great for keeping your money however, DO NOT ever apply for a loan with the credit union. They will give you a lot of nonsense then give you a very high interest rate, then a lot of excuses. The highest interest rates in town!! Tried to give me some nonsense about how they made exceptions for me.They were doing me a favor. I am sorry, I do not recall asking for any favors. They lied about my credit score. Surprise, i do have the ability to look it up on Transunion. Seriously looking for a new bank now. Done with the credit union.

The manager Felicia does not know what she is doing !!! she messed up every single account i created ! i will not be returning! she was so rude and needs to be replaced i shouldn't have to drive out of my to get good customer service.

I am a kind of person who doesn’t like having to go inside the bank to take care of things, but when I do go inside there is always someone at the front desk to greet me. The tellers are very polite and know what they are doing .

Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.
