Feedback:

Close to home and friendly. They were having issues with the drive up ATM'S yet that seems to have cleared up once new ATM'S were installed. They've always helped even when I didn't know my options, they take their time to explain and give you extremely great advice concerning loans and whatever you may need. Very happy with my banking for the past 23 years, and will continue to choose AZ FED.

Feedback:

My husband was humiliated by a customer on Tuesday, worst place to do business.

Feedback:

I have never had a problem with the bank. Have been going there for years. I am not trilled about the three dollar fee. Every time I have had a problem the bank has fixed it. The service team has always been friendly. They have asked for my social but I usually tell them I am uncomfortable doing that and they usually respect that.

Feedback:

Worst bank ever! Unfortunately they have gone downhill in epic proportions. We've had multiple accounts the last 30-plus years and I've never seen and more idiotic things happen in a place that supposed to be secure! They have put my checks in the wrong account, they've given me complete strangers loan documents, and my license is no longer good enough to look up an account I need my social too and I have to go inside as if that would make a difference. They're losing a lot of business from myself my family and my businesses because they don't know how to run one!

Feedback:

Best credit union out there.

Feedback:

I have an auto loan with AZ Fed that I have had for 3 months. Worst experience and car loan that I have ever had. I had an emergency today and couldn't drive my payment down to them before 6, so I called when I got home at 5:45.. I have to drive my payment down to them because their membership fee is not worth it when I already have a bank account with US Bank. I do not know if I spoke with someone in the branch or just on their call center line, but the first gentleman was very understanding and said that we could do an ACH payment over the phone but that there was a $5 fee... I agreed since I didn't want to pay a late fee and he transferred me to Abel. Abel started off by saying that the payment would still be considered late using ACH anyway and that unless I paid $18 to use my debit card, it would post in 3 days.. I did not want this option and explained to him that the previous man had said he would waive that for me to make it tomorrow, so I'd prefer that. I also stated that I did not understand why it is so hard to make a payment with them just because I don't want a second bank account. Abel mentioned that I had been late before and I said that I had not. I am two payments in and I have paid 2 weeks in advance both times. Without explaining to me further, Abel hung up on me. It was past 6 and I can't call back or race to the bank to make my payment or catch anyone there... So now it is late and I have to drive there tomorrow to hope I can get this fee waived. I have never received such blatant disregard for someone who was willing to make the payment today, wish me luck when I visit the branch tomorrow..

Feedback:

Frequently go to this location. Female employee had completely no knowledge on how to process my non-member car payment. I had to ask another employee to come help her. A couple of days later a $3 fee that I have never encountered was processed on my account due to this location. I had to go to my bank to reverse it.

Feedback:

Wow wow wow. I have used this bank since I was a kid and the past few years have been awful! Currently my problem is I went into the bank a week ago to close my account. But all they did was withdraw all my money. Now I have over $100 in fees. I called the service line and he said there is no indication that I ever went into the store to try and close my account and I have to go into a store to fix it. Horrible horrible horrible.

Feedback:

This by far the worst experience I have ever had when going to a financial institution in which this staff needs to be fired!! Between the rude and inconsiderate lady sitting at the front not paying attention for when asking to schedule an appointment with a banker (she was super friendly to an older lady that walked in after) then the banker that came to call us up for the appointment.. Apparently they would rather turn a business away that turns hundreds of thousands of dollars a year in revenue then try to give respect to potential clients. So can forget getting my business in the future

Feedback:

They are apparently rearranging transactions now in order to get you to overdraft. Screw. That. So now I'm sitting on an overdraft fee AND a late fee from my credit card company. This is after half a dozen times over 2 years, requesting they fix my account to reject EVERYTHING if it would possibly overdraft. Last time I had to sit and watch the (very rude) personal banker check all the boxes so it would work no matter what method was being used (they always gave me some runaround about it allowing the overdrafted item because it was a debit transaction, or ACH, or whatever method it was, just to explain it away). They've reversed the fee each time, but I'm fed up with it and will be closing my account.
