I've been to the other banks, miscellaneous charges, ect. On 2 occasions a few places I used to shop at were breached, AFCU sent me a new card & managed my account for unauthorized usage, they found the problem and fixed it. AFCU is friendly, professional, and I've had family and friends transfer over.Only once did I not receive the friendly, processional service, and that was my fault, when you show up to a business close to closing with an hour of questions and paperwork.For the negative reviews, if possibly you saw your part in it as I have, then people would realize it's not the bank.We are grateful to AFCU,The Reads
