Just moved from Baltimore and had some tough decisions to make. Had to sell a pistol, and it was great! The two staff were excellent, gave me water on a hot day, and 70 percent value on the pistol. This is AFTER I said my realistic expectation was about a hundred less. This was their perfect chance to low-ball me, and they didn’t take it. I’ll be using them and only them in the future, and will remember their good treatment of a brand new customer for life.

I will dispel the myth of HAVING TO GO to a pawn shop...if in a financial bind.After being very sick and missing days at work,waiting 8 days for my next pay was not realistic. The only items I did have to sell were actually three pairs of brand new hiking and trail running shoes,unused,in the box.Not only were the people at Arizona EZ-PAWN polite,but professional and courteous. After commenting on the brand and obvious quality,it was apparent they were happy to help and enthused.The entire experience COULD NOT HAVEbeen more pleasant,and the opposite of ( expected ) embarrassing.Ask for Justin.Perfect customer service deserves perfect customers.

AWESOME PAWNSHOP!!!! I walked in and was greeted right away and was offered a bottle water. They have a little of everything and the store is very clean. GREAT DEALS, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My new go to pawnshop.

This is the only west valley pawn shop I frequent. Manager Dave Wyma is one of the coolest guys around, he is extremely competent and always compassionate and kind toward his customers. Dave has my appreciation and full endorsement.

this place put an ad on offer up website for musical equipment at a price of $160 and then jacked the price up once you got in their shop - the old bait and switch. I even confirmed the price and item before traveling across town only to find the item priced AT $699. BUYER BEWARE.
