Very terrible support. I have been trying to register my profile, and when it got to the part to put in the company ID and social, it kept getting a system error then eventually locking me out. I sent an email to fix this because this was technically a fault in their system, and they notified me saying they have supposedly reinstated my account. Now when I am trying to complete my registration it is STILL locked out. Are you guys kidding me?? Are you guys trying to make your platform unusable? This is of course 3 days AFTER that email was sent.

I recently tried to enroll with arise I paid my money and was accepted to begin class TODAY 10/8/18...these people dropped me from the class with no notification whatsoever. I had to call around and see what the reasoning was...my drug test did not pass not because of finding drugs in my system but because the pH was wrong so I wasn’t given any opportunity to retake it just dropped from the class and my money is gone...you all need to do better 😡 And then when you try to contact somebody they send you to all these websites..,why is it that we can’t talk to people anymore these days? I just wanted to make some extra money part time But this is almost not even worth the hassle...

I went to apply for a carnival cruise line job and i was e-mailing the person who is supposed to help me and I never got a answer. I don't know why but I went ahead and paid for the class $59 to find out the class time I needed was full. I have been emailing and leaving voice messages and never got a response. If I'm not getting my class, I WANT MY REFUND!

I see that previous IBO's had the same issues.. how are we supposed to build a business when the platform being used doesn't operate accordingly. Every issue is not tech support and AVA is not a person to help resolve real issues with the platform. I have new CSP's that are interested in joining but when trying to view and accept the system gives an error message to try again later which has been going on since last week Thursday. A whole weekend has passed and still nothing. No person and no email that you can actually reply to. If someone knows of any other platforms that provide WAH opportunities please let me know. I wanted to give this a shot despite the not so great reviews and it seems that I now know what all the others before were saying. This is bad business and whomever is in charge at Arise has got to know this. You see the concerns but only respond to what you want to respond to. So I'll be waiting for someone to let me know why are we having problems with accepting new CSP's??? BTW it's just just me but a lot of others having the same issue at the same time....

This maybe an omen!I have been online with over 10 different representatives to resolve an issue with enrolling with a client. I tell them what the issue is and get NO resolution!I have requested a senior agent or supervisor to no avail! Put on hold while they research only to have to start the explanation process over again! This has been since about 9:30 or 10:00am this morning it is now 12:30! They’ve tried to remote it AND still can’t fix the issue! I’m not sure ... 👀

this company has not paid me in a month. have provided all the prof and still no one gets back to me. they never answer the phone its all just chat this company is a fake don't waste your time here they will pretend you don't work.

So far, for a customer service provider... it is extremely challenging getting any customer service from Arise itself, other than an automatic telephone answering prompting system. Sent an email through their "contact" on their web page. No reply.

I signed up to work for them paying $59.98 for a background check and a course fee. The software I needed to work for them never worked so I could not work for them. I spent over 5 hours trying to get their software to work with their technical support, but even though my PC met their requirements it would not work on my computer. Tech support refused to put in a ticket to tell Arise to refund me because the fault never laid with me.I would like a refund for the course fee and the background check.

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD. they set you up to fail. I was with them for 10 years and they just removed my hours and cancelled me out. DO not work for them
