I had a loan with them service is really terrible.I really feeling that i should never have loan with them again .

I love the employees. I do have an issue with the building itself. It says wheelchair accessible, and as far as the opening, it is big enough. The problem is trying to hold the door while pushing my mother in her wheelchair. Unless someone in the lobby comes to help, it’s a struggle. Automatic doors would make a huge difference.

Employees are friendly. However that's about it. Online banking is substandard.SERIOUSLY, WHY TOUT ABOUT ONLINE BANKING--SUPPOSEDLY 24/7--IF YOU REGULARLY BLOCK MEMBERS FROM ACCESSING THEIR OWN ACCOUNT?!Tried to access my account online and got this message: "Please review the image and phrase displayed below to ensure they match what you had selected previously." The image shown does not match what I have chosen, and the site did not present any options other than to enter my password. I entered the correct password and the site won't let me log in. I tried calling, but the automated service also won't let me access my account despite the correct PIN entered. The voice recording also mentioned that you guys will be unavailable during the weekend, and the website says come 12 OCT you will also be closed for the holiday. So Argent Credit Union effectively blocked me access of my own account for 3 days!Hackers are going to find a way around all security measures regardless. Your "multi-layer" security (anything other than two items: username/account name + PIN/password) only serves to creates a hassle and undue frustration for members. Compounding the problem is that they have no 24/7 member support... I see Argent Credit Union is going the way of Virginia Credit Union in poor quality of service.They also like to lock the doors up as early as 15 minutes before their scheduled closing hours. If you're going to do that, post your weekday closing hour as 5:45pm instead of 6:00pm.If this credit union is very close to you, by all means go for it. But if you want a credit union with ease of accessing your account and 24/7 support, you should look elsewhere.
