Eric was so helpful! We had visited two other byline banks in the area to assist us with our condo association bank about and everyone kept giving us the run around and brushed us off. Then we came to this location and Eric stepped up to the plate and along with their legal team were able to help us with our account. We are so grateful for his assistance and attention to detail. Defiantly recommend this branch and their staff.

This Banch of Byline Bank has the best employees, whom are extremely helpful. Eric (assistant branch manager) went above an beyond to assist me in my desperate time of need and I would never go anywhere else. This branch is definitely "your neighborhood bank".
