Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Have had problems on and off with card reader for last 3 years. Called numerous times and no one ever came out to help. Trying to cancel this service but was told I was going to be changed $375 for breaking a 3 year contract. Well I've been with them for over three years but since i changed my location it for some (scammed) reason started the contract over. Would not recommend to anyone!
