Where do I begin?The Good:They are great with financial advice. I am seeing a credit counselor there. They are nice...that is allNow the bad...I have asked about a bonus that is supposed to be given after my 3rd deposit. I have spoken to 3 different people on the matter...all promising a call back. I am still waiting.The hours are terrible...they are closed on Wed.? The hours for the rest of the week are not much better. There is no one to speak with after bankers's hours so you are stuck with no money and no help. There is NO CENTRAL call station!The app SUCKS! it does not work. I have spoken to different people about it and they gave me my information over the phone. One did help me one day get into my account but I am locked out of the account again!Customer service leaves everything to be desired and although I just opened the account, I will close it soon and stick with Navy Federal...a REAL credit union. This place is a joke but I guess the joke it on the customer in the end.
