This employer is plagued with favoritism and blatant nepotism. If you like being yelled at because you bring up problems to fix, then being told you can't fix it, then it breaks, this is the place for you. HR is useless to fix employee issues, and has been heard saying "i thought you were just venting" when issues escalate out of their hands. And don't expect to get paid, if you get a promotion you are told they want employees that are not driven by money, so you should be happy to work for them for less money.
