This place is just awful. I went here 2 years ago because I was sick of the terrible attitudes at the Fox Lake location. I gave this place a shot and it was better so I went back last year and this year. Last year the attendant was a little grumpy I guess you'd say, but I chalked it up to her having a bad day. This time the woman was just plain awful! So rude, and acted like I was completely inconveniencing her. It was the middle of the day so its not like I came in at closing and there was no one else there. No reason for that type of service. I have learned my lesson, send in for any registrations I need and NEVER go back to this place.
