Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful...I had a simple question in regards to their training services, and rather than simply answering.... The guy bust into a tirade of slanderous and defacing remarks. Well I'm sorry sir, but if you can not simply answer my question, then I do not need you as an instructor, I will look elsewhere!My question was, if I become registered as an armed guard, does that qualify me to work in unarmed positions? Rather than answering my question, he was extremely rude, provocative, and if I had to take a gander... I would venture it's safe to say he's quite displeased with his life, as who else would just simply off the bat be so piss-poor rude?Rudeness/crudeness in the presence of friends is one thing... But to address a potential trainee that is asking questions about your training in such a demeanor... I recommend looking elsewhere
