Feedback:

We took our car in to have several things taken care of this past January, and I knew that the AC had stopped working early last fall so since we had some money saved up we asked them to also fix the AC. We weren't sure what was wrong with the AC when we took it in, but they said they had fixed it. Unfortunately, we realized when it started getting hot enough to turn on the AC, that the AC was still not working properly. When I took it back in they said it would cost me another $800 to fix something else with the AC. I declined to have it fixed because we had already spent over $3000 for repairs the first time and we couldn't afford to spend another $800, so they charged me for a diagnostic fee ($100) even though it was their fault that they missed the problem the first time we brought it in. We were willing to overlook the fact that they significantly underestimated our repair estimates for the first time we took our car in, which forced us to spend more of our savings than we could really afford and ended up stretching us very thin financially because they said those unforeseen repairs needed to be taken care of immediately. BUT we will never return to Andy's because they didn't properly diagnose the problem with the AC originally, and then later forced us to pay for an additional diagnostic fee because we couldn't afford to pay for the additional repairs to the AC since we just spent over $3000 already. I don't think we should have had to pay that additional diagnostic fee when it was their fault that they overlooked that problem when we originally brought our car in to have the AC fixed. I'm also left wondering if the original repairs on the AC were even necessary and if we wasted hundreds of dollars on those repairs just to have our AC still not work properly. To be fair, they said if we brought the reciept back when we decided to do the additional repairs that they would deduct that diagnostic fee from our bill, but I honestly can't trust that they would actually fix the problem or that they wouldn't make me pay another diagnostic fee if they failed to fix it again.

Feedback:

Customer service goes a long way. Upon arriving for my scheduled service, I had asked a very simple request/suggestion to make the process easier and was bluntly told "we're not doing it." I asked why and was returned with "we're not doing it." After a few attempts of explaining why it should be done and would make it a whole lot easier for little to no effort, the representative began getting an attitude while I stayed calm and asked a few more times why and explained reasoning and still just got an angry "we're not doing it." with still no reasoning behind the anger or as to why they wouldn't do it, I decided to buy the part from them (even with their hiked up price for having them order it) and go to a different certified local shop. At which they asked me questions as to what I would like done and actually listened to me before saying anything, and said it wouldn't be a problem, and in the end had it done the same day and came back to me to tell me it was a good suggestion that I had as it would prevent future issues and made the process a lot easier.

Feedback:

I had my car serviced there twice. Both times I had check engine diagnostics checked by a third party. After spending $255 and some change, car is still showing check engine, and they want to charge me another $100 plus parts. I advise anyone looking for car repair to never use this company!! Never ever!!

Feedback:

I had been looking for a new car for some time now. However all the big dealerships i had gone to refused to help me because i had no creidt history. Doug at Andy's auto sales immediately said they would work with me to see what I could get in my price range. I was able to get a very pretty 2011 Chevy Malibu. With all the works with a low monthly payment. After all the paper work, that he explained to me before I signed so I knew what I was signing for was done, He swiched my plates and off I was in my new car! He called me the next day to see if everthing was good and how I liked it. 100% would recommend. Very nice and great experience.
