Client Review on Anderson Federal Credit

I have been banking with the AFCU for almost a decade. These last few years have been nothing but a series of frustrating events. They sent mail to the wrong address, so I changed my address with an official form. Multiple times. Here it is, almost two years after that and they have no record of an address change. Three times, they have frozen or flat out deactivated my debit card for "theft or fraud activity". That part doesn't bother me, but they did it all three times, it was done without any attempt to contact me. And attempting to call the bank branch is like pulling teeth. I have never called the bank and had someone answer the phone. It always either goes to an answering machine or gives me an error message. The few times I have been able to finally get someone to call me back, they have largely been unhelpful. I rarely say I'm going to change something, but like I said, there has been issue after issue with them. I have tried sticking it out with the credit union, but I think that my time with them has come to an end.
