Client Review on Anderson Check Cashing Corporation

The man that works there is rude. I came in there today to put money on my netspend card because my friend from Venezuela called me asking to send her money because her family was hungry. I said to myself that I would never go to that check cashing because he was rude the last time. When its my turn to get attended, i was not welcome with a good morning, how you doing nothing. I ask him, "how much is it to put money on the card", he said $2. I said ok can you please but $7 he says ok thats $9. He asked me if I was sure, i said just but $8. He said ok that $10 , i said ok. Before he proceeded with my transaction, he asked me if I had a problem the last time i was here because he heard me mumbling something. I was mumbling to myself about how rude he is and he asked me at that time what i said and i responded with nothing because i didnt want to start a confrontation. So today i said yes you was very rude and when you was done with me transaction, you shoved it thru the hole and told me to move to the side before I was even done with getting the money. He proceeded to tell me how he's been here for 24 years and he has never done that. Everytime I tried to explain what happen or his lack of customer service he will interrupt and tell me he doesn't have to accept my services i said that's find but your aggressive approach is the same approach he gave me last time and I also don't have to contribute to your company. If it wasn't for my friend i would have never came there. He was so much in his feels about the criticism i was giving him that he messed up the transaction and only but $7 in the card instead of $8 smh. I came back inside to tell him and still said no im wrong when i clearly said $8. I said, you see your aggressive approach with me have you so confused and your right you dont need my money. For someone thats been there for 24 years clearly needs to be retrained and learn when a customer feels uncomfortable , how to make them comfortable. Business is business and to continue the business whether you believe that my money is not needed you still have to proved great customer service. I wanted to explain myself clearly so he knows who's writting this. Please send him to the location on Route 17 they have great customer service they can train him and make him better then he was today. That location is no joke and really take care of their customers. HE NEEDS TRAINING........ okay you see his response is still disgusting. And what I did say was you dont have to be disgusting in a time like this when Hispanic are not even wanted by our Government. I said I am a Afro latina and you as a white Latino should understand. Your the one that came off racist and i didnt use foul language and your respond you gave me on your review shows your character. Still no sorry or apology BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK TO MAKE IT BETTER!!!!!!
