I banked here for a decade and they treat me like trash whenever I call in. Long hold times, rude customer service, and recently I tried to take out a personal loan and the women told me she would "never give" a loan to a person like me. What does that even mean???!!!!Switching banks. Horrid. They have no decorum or respect for their patrons. We are a military family too but that seems to make it worse. Horrid.
