I wouldn't even give this place a full star. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT GRIEF AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been added to our car loan TWICE now and they still refuse to acknowledge me as his wife. OR even take our money for the car payment.

Absolutely the worst CUSTOMER service I have ever received, My wife and I were going to ad me to our already existing account, we were told that because it was a friday it was inconvenient for the teller to do this, even though the lobby was empty and there was another teller available who was not serving any CUSTOMERS. Poor CUSTOMER service such as this is completely unacceptable, if the teller didn't want to perform her job perhaps she should find a career in a completely different line of work, trucking companies are always hiring. Anyone reading this review is probably wondering why I am capitalizing CUSTOMER, simple, it is the CUSTOMER that keeps small credit unions like this in business, ASCU exists solely to serve CUSTOMERS and as such should not tell a CUSTOMER to bugger off, it's Friday.

I've been using them for several months now, since they are an affiliate of my credit union out of state. Always excellent service. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Easy access and good parking.
