was treated with a complete lack of respect, had an employee there talk down to me and be a complete smart a$$!! sad part is I have been a long time customer there and was treated like that, plus was NOT told that if a certain item is pawned there, that there is a chance that I cannot get it back or would have to wait and pay extra in order to pick it up!! talk about an extremely shady business practice!!
