I had gone to American Jewelry in Pontiac in the past and had a negative experience. A very rude and unpleasant woman ruined my experience and rushed me. I took my business to another location in the Detroit area, one of their major competitors. However, I was in the area and decided to stop in. That is when I met LynnMarie and she changed my opinion of American Jewelry and Loan and has insured my loyalty to their location. While the person whom I had a bad experience is still an employee there, I simply wait for LynnMarie to wait on me. I'm not a Pawn customer; however, I have referred others who needed that service and they can't speak highly enough of her. Great job to the owner of American Jewelry and Loan of Pontiac, Les Gold, on hiring the cream of the crop. Thank you LynnMarie for going above and beyond and gaining a customer for life!
