Our church, which is 1 block from this store purchased a computer to use in our worship service about two weeks ago. I am the Senior Pastor. After immediatly dropping the computer off at our church, I then went to Chicago for my daughters start of College and meetings with my Senior Pastor who is in a suburb of Chicago. I came home and set up the computer for the Sunday worship service. When it booted it appeared to have a broken screen and was all full of lines. The very next day I went back to the shop to show them that there was a problem. They immediatly inferred that I must have dropped it or it slid around in the car and I must have broken it in the 1 block trip to our church. Being a Pastor, I assured her that none of her accusations were true and that no one else had come in contact with the computer. They said they would fix it if I paid for the repair. I reminded her that it was supposed to be a working computer when our church purchased it. They refused to return our money or fix it. I then stood in the parking lot and informed incoming patrons of their bad business practices and the manager came out and threatened to call the police on me. The money to purchase this computer was donated by hard working people so that we could add to our worship experience and this business ROBBED them. I ask all honest people to go elsewhere until they do the right and honest thing for our church. Sincerely, Rev. Layne LaPage
