They do not tell you the truth I will not help you fix the problem but they've cost they'll charge you for it never do business with condom corporation what are you at services

The folks at this place very slow at their job and to cover their incompetence they are liars. They have held the title in their possession for over a month after the vehicle was paid for. After multiple calls they have said they would get it sent, said it was sent and then most recently said it was not sent a week after they said it was sent. Honda vehicles are good but their financial system it horrible.

Like terrible customer service? Now serving customers with 1 hour wait time on the phone. We'll make you jump through hoops to get title to your paid off vehicle. We do the most to help you the least. Honda Financial Services is the last place i'll ever finance a vehicle.

What a nightmare trying to get title after paying off the vehicle. Avoid financing with Honda at all costs. You will regret it.

Have been waiting for my title insurance for more then a year. IT has been sent out 2 times, and not received. They do not use tracking so cannot tell if it has acually been sent, or not. I cannot register my car. I have been calling for over 5 months, and all they do is lie, and tell me that they will call me back ( Did not get not 1 call back) . If I can rate this as a negative, then I would.

If I could rate it a zero star I would. They’re freaken liers. My car was totaled and payed off the remaining balance. I was told I would be reimbursed the whole amount and was sent a check for less than what I had paid. I had two representatives say two different things. It just irritating.They have lost my service.

I accidently put the incorrect bank info for a payment by error and the company accepted it, so I had no reason to worry. Low and behold I get a notive stating that I was 30 days late. They said they called but had the wring phone number on file when it came to my email they said they needed permission to notify me via email. What a joke. Reported it to credit bureau and dropped score by 60 points. They wouldn't retract it or even admit any fault. Yerrible business ethics. Refinancing as soon as possible!!!!

I did my payoff on October 3 and they didn't take the money out of my account and now I have to pay $16 more dollars just because the guy on the phone make a mistake and they don't care about it.so I have to pay more that is not fair. And I have another car with them ,I think I have to return it.im really disappointed with Honda

Terrible. Slow service, if you can call it that, unresponsive. Hold times that remind me of the olden days before the internet...1.5 hour wait times? thanks Honda Financial!
