I am a retired REAL ESTATE BROKER (20 YRS) and LOAN OFFICER (35 yrs) so I was not sure what to expect with this company...it certainly was NOT the FANTASTIC service I got from KYLE LEDUC!!!! He is a consummate professional in every way. My refinance (VA) was done in 30 days and that is UNHEARD of!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND KYLE LEDUC! GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT JOB!!!!

Working with Wintrust Mortgage was a great experience. I worked with Kyle LeDuc during the process. He was very helpful, prompt, and friendly. Wintrust was very straightforward with cost and rates which was much appreciated. I was located remotely during the whole process and the process was still very smooth. Almost everything can be accomplished online and is very convenient.

Our experience with Wintrust was wonderful! Not only did Mark Jr. (MJ) get us the most competitive rate, he also made the process very smooth and easy for us. He patiently and promptly answered all of my questions. Amazingly, he helped us pull off a closing just 2 weeks after going under contract! I would strongly recommend Wintrust to my friends and family members.

Kyle LeDuc went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. We were not living locally during the purchase of our home but they made our application process easy with all the nessecary tech to submit our info electronically. We never had to listen to a recording; he picked up the phone every time we called with questions. It’s worth it to go local, you’ll see a huge difference.

Wintrust has the best customer service you can imagine. We had a very peculiar situation but with the help of Kyle LeDuc our process was made much easier than we could of hoped for. Always available to talk and answer questions, we always felt taken care of. We will always refer to Kyle LeDuc and Wintrust for any future mortgage. Highly recommended!!!
