The Bellmarw office is very nice. Great tellers. Don't go to the new Cherry Hill location if you want that personal feeling. It is automated inside and out. If there is any issue during your transaction, your session will end and then when logged back on you'll have a different teller. Go inside and there are no live tellers. Just more automated machines. Absolutely horrible!!!

Customer service in this place "SUCKS" Teller's need to be retrain. They are not professional at all.

I own a small business where my customers know me by my middle name. The teller there has been wanting to flex her muscle and make me tell my customers to put my full name on the checks. There is no law requiring this. This is horrible customer service.
