Rude and poor Customer Service.I call customer service to make a payment, and the two women who attended my calls were rude and rough, one of them was Martha. This is the first company where one calls to make a payment and they treat you terrible.

Customer service is rude and unwilling to talk/negotiate. I contact these people in an effort to have a account closed and services removed/stopped only to be rudely talked to by a "Dan Pulash" who refused to transfer me to another representative, talked louder than me constantly so I could not be heard. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
