She has a calming voice and excellent customer service personality to ensure me through my toughest time, that shes willing, ready and able to assist me. Her patience with my schedule, and understanding that I came to her for assistance is phenomenal. I truly appreciate American 1 CU for stability in my financial needs. I will ensure that I give a 5 star rating to anyone whom inquires. I look forward to moving ALL my finances and banking needs and requirements to American 1. Keep up the excellent service.
