The staff are nice but the credit union itself is not for everyone. If your joining to build credit then this is not the place to start. They want people who already have established (good) credit.(Edit)I wanted a car loan (even though I already have a car that I own)just so I can build credit but you guys dont even report to the credit bureau. One star for wasting my time
