Their system is garbage. Interest rates are terrible, they screwed me over with $1900 and didn’t bat an eye about it. Once my loans are paid off here will never bank here again. Terrible service and terrible communication.

Seems like each time I go to this place their "system is down" and I'm not able to deposit or withdrawal my money. When I call costumer service the wait time is always 20-30 mins long no matter what time of the day I call. They were good when I first started with them 7 years ago. I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

I love this credit Union I have been a member with them for over 20 years but the member services and home loans staff employed by this branch are not well educated with america first's processes and it has caused many frustrating experiences. if you need to open an account or apply for a loan do not come to this branch! you will be frustrated at how much the staff don't know and can't answer questions.

I tried refinancing my house through America First and it was the WORST experience! The loan officer just continued to lie and make mistake after mistake and then was fired during the process. We had to call ourselves to try to figure out what was happening to then just have another loan officer treat us poorly. We paid for an appraisal to have someone come out and door a horrible job and not get any information correct. I am now going through another company and they have done wonders. If you are considering these guys don't waist your time and money like we did.

What is wrong with your service, I put my card into the atm and over $500 and it took both and said it was keeping my card! And the money wasn’t put into my account! Now I’m stuck without a card for a day! This is terrible!

It's not a coincidence this America First branch consistently gets 1 star reviews. I don't know why all the terrible things about this branch has yet to change, but every time I come in contact with this branch it seems to be a negative experience. Also trust me... they could couldn't care less about their customers. Especially the manager.

I’ve had the worst auto loan experience with America First and their customer service. Each representative knew little to nothing about the process which has taken over two months and still hasn’t been completed. I’ve been lied to multiple times and they tried making me pay fees due to their mistakes. jcarroll@americafirst and others have told me they would send in my title to the DMV so I can register my car since Dec 22. I’ve asked them 3 times to send in the title and each time they fail to do so. I wish I could go back in time and literally use any other bank or credit union.

My roommate warned me about this America First and boy was he right. This branch has terrible customer service and they are very inexperienced. A google search will answer any questions you have 10x better than these so-called “experts”. Overall I went for an auto loan and walked away never wanting to do business with America First ever again. Trust me, stay far away from this bank and specifically this branch.

Customer service is poor at this location. I sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes to sign a paper. The paper still isn't signed, because nobody even acknowledged me or the other eight customers who sat down after I did. They all looked at us like we missed the memo. So, I guess we won't be doing business after all. I don't have patience for people who don't value other people's time.
