ATM took my card at roughly 9:15 at night. No I did not take too long, it did not deposit money and then said it took my card for “security reasons”. This doesn’t make sense because it has my name and is mine.... the BEST part is they don’t have customer service past 8 pm and were closed so I couldn’t even talk to anyone about it. Now I can’t pay rent and run the risk of being charged a late fee or even being kicked out of my apartment. THANK YOU america first for the terrible inconvenience you caused me. Now I get to work a twelve hour shift, and run over to Walmart to “Maybe” get my card back. Walmart employees told us that the ATM has been having troubles and just a week ago a customer had a similar problem and it was a whole headache. So why is that ATM still in use? Hmmmm. Avoid this branch all together, in fact any bank that does not have 24 hour customer service is garbage.

The tellers are always very helpful and friendly. Opening my new accounts took no time at all. I like that they are open Saturday's from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

This is a small satellite branch inside Walmart. The staff has always been helpful and cheerful. Sometimes they are slow but they will go out of their way to help you.

Worst service ever. The lady was super mean, rude, and took forever. I asked how long it would take and she snapped. I've banked here for over 5 years. They take forever to process checks when other banks don't. They say they use public records but have inaccurate information which keeps you away from accessing your money. I'm closing my account after this. I suggest you save yourself the headache and not use this service.
