If you want to keep good and reliable customers that want to use your credit union you should train your employees better. My boyfriend and I drove 2 and a half hours to this branch so we could purchase a car just so they can tell us that we don’t have everything we need for the seller to sign the car over to us even though we called multiple branches multiple times to make sure we were bringing everything and that the seller was bringing everything. KEEP YOUR EMPLOYEES WELL INFORMED. After we’re done handling this BS we’re definitely not staying with this credit union.

Terrible customer service, never willing to go the distance for their customers to help them get financed. If you're looking for a great Branch to help you get financed and quick, go to the Orem location by UVU, Colby is the man!
