Feedback:

Absolutely irresponsible customer service. The tellers are too busy talking to slow down and listen to what the customer is asking. If you are making payments here make sure that you follow up! They will take no accountability for their errors.

Feedback:

By far my worst experience! The two jr high school students or whatever type of training program/experiment might be taking place here? It’s a complete failure. Not only do they look like they don’t care. They act like it as well. Had to go back 3 times to do what should have be once. I honestly do not know how anyone is actually getting payed to work there. I feel bad for the manager she has it so tough.

I work in the credit union industry and my experience at this particular branch has been awful. The organization seems to be good as a whole and other branches I have no problem but repeatedly when I have come to this branch they provide me with incorrect information and contradict each other. I have even worked with the manager directly which was not much better than the front desk employee who I gather knows nothing about the business, credit, or finance in any regard. 2 months later I still have to go back to the branch (for the same thing) because of a mistake on their end. (According to google this is the lowest rated AFCU, and rightly so)

Worst financial institute I’ve ever seen. The teller doesn’t even know how to set up an auto loan automatic payment. Though teller did it as he said, several days after the payment date, and nothing changed on my account. I gotta contact them again. It’s a waste of time to do business with these unprofessional people.

Very convenient to make a transaction or take care of other basic banking needs while at the grocery store. 24 hr ATM on outside of building.

One of the worst experiences with a bank! It started with the teller going through our whole transaction without making eye contact. It was awkward and very unprofessional. Then it got worse when we had to deal with the branch manager. Instead of coming out of her glass box to help us she sat in there and made our business know to everyone in the area as they could hear the whole conversation. She was rude and very unhelpful!! We left feeling like we never wanted to do business with America First again. My husband called a different branch the following day and was treated much better and we were able to get the help we needed. If it wasn't for my husband follow up we would've taken our business somewhere else completely.
