I started 4 years ago looking for a basic POS for a single store, the Stinkin Crawfish in the beginning of 2014. I found AstPos to fit my needs with tablet ordering and they didn't charge a monthly fee like many other POS. Their software GUI was not as refine as the other POS but their software is based on Linux so I was a little more confident in the stability of the software.I had a hard time learning how to use the software as I have never manage something like it before but after understanding how the system is set up, it was really easy. Naveen is very helpful. An engineer who is hands on with with business is something you wont find anywhere else.With my expansion to 5 restaurants with a 6th coming soon, I meet numerous sales rep and hardware and software, merchant service providers all claiming to save us money as well as provide better service. But you can't never find a company that it's the engineer who will work on your POS needs and deal with any issues you may have with your POS.So with the great service provided by Suzanne and Naveen as well as their comprehensive POS you can't find a better POS Solutions. We're opening a sushi restaurant next month and we're sticking with AstPos. The GUI has improved greatly and all my needs are in their latest updates.What I use: we have a server with two POS at each store and multiple printers for receipts, drinks, and food. We take orders with tablets at the table for efficiency. We also have an APP in development so that customers can order from their hand held devices. Our server provide instant sales and labor reports via their login page as well as directly onto your POS directly.

We have been using AST for over 7 years now with other businesses as well as this one! Naveen, Mike and Suzanne and the staff are always a quick call away to take care of any issues, transitioning to EMV was a breeze!When shopping around for a POS system i stumbled upon AST through a friend of mine and everything fell into place, when starting a business you need to make sure you can trust your POS system to do what needs to be done and with AST POS i have been very satisfied! AST is without a doubt the best bang for your buck! they have one of the best products out on the market! Keep it up AST!

About four years ago we had decided to upgrade our POS System for our pizza restaurant. We are a busy restaurant with 5 POS stations. We found AST POS as we were hoping to use somebody local. The owner Naveen was our main point of contact in the process. He listened to our needs and gave us a very good price offer. Naveen handled our software customization and brought us into his office to test drive the software as it was being developed. It took about three meetings to get the software developed enough for launch at the restaurant. Once we were live we had noticed a few bugs and needs for tweaking the software. Naveen had his staff get on it right away. I highly recommend AST POS. I love their personalized service and ability to talk to the owner directly every time an issue comes up. We have been very satisfied with them.

This review is over do.I WISH THEY WHERE MORE STARS IN Google... I have been with AST POS systems since early 2004…I have nothing but good things to say Who ever is the creator of the program either had a restaurant or worked in the restaurant business because I have looked thru many POS systems when i was looking to buy one I went to a food show in Las Vegas all the ones that I went thru and I would ask for defriend things, yes it did this but no…it can’t do that…I checked with 14 POS systems - software that day So when i meet Naveen right in my back yard less than 30 miles at that time and I asked him if his software can do this or that I got all yes and yes and no problem…and I was okay….well let’s see…Within the first month of working with the AST POS I was really happier, it made my life so much easier ..Later came updates that he would customize everything that I wanted…some 15 years later I have just upgraded all my software in all 8 (PC ) stations and again this is more than I expected…Lots of useful futures in the software, from real life every day restaurant problems, they listen and they care about what the customer wants …This is like going to restaurant and by the time you leave you have the best experience ….That’s very hard to do….In today’s busy and all about the Benjamins world…( to leave happy from the restaurant and give compliments about the food and the service at the same time).No one understands that Like Naveen does….. he goes out of his way to help someone at 11.00 p.m. or at 7 .a.m.if you are reading this review because you are looking for a POS System I can tell you that this would be the best for your money… I have been in restaurants for more than 40 years…I have seen and heard allot ofexpensive or unexpensive deals and promises and very little when it comes to delivery and after they get your money its very hard to keep up with what people promise .I will be more than happy to talk to you and answer any question…AST has all my information…You can come on a Friday night to see firsthand between 4 to 8 people working on the system at the same time…so you can see what I am talking about;One more time T H A N K Y O U Naveen.. I own and operate multiple restaurants in the bay area. I have been working with ASTPOS and Naveen in particular for over 10years. I have been very happy with products we have and the service we got from ASTPOS. Their service is spot on, and got answers or solved my issues at all time of the day and nights. I got to speak to a person on the phone every time I call with my problems. We also use them for credit card needs and been very happy with the service they provided. ASTPOS have been very reasonable in pricing for equipments when we got them. I would recommend ASTPOS to anybody require their services

First and foremost I have been with AST for almost 10 years -- I have been approached with other systems, but nothing has compared to their product. I have even tried other systems side by side in the stores and I always find myself, going to the AST system. When it came time for us to decide on a POS system, we took many factors into account-- price/eaze of use and customer support. The latter being the most important. I love that they are so accessible, other pizzerias deal with other POS companies and have to wait hours on hold for support-- With AST they are a simple call/text away and generally respond within minutes. The other problem we faced with multiple locations was the ability to access them all remotely--thankfully the AURA dashboard allows us to do just that, we can remotely access all locations from our phone- which drastically simplifies our life. The next direction for us is to incorporate AST new EMV technology for our delivery drivers, so we can avoid charge backs on our deliveries, I am very excited for what is next with AST
