Worst staffs. On 15/2/19 went to submit my fire insurance policy to counter and bank in rm24k. Bank in cash takes only 2 min. Deposit counter not willing to take the fire policy. Ask me to wait for customer service. Only one counter open. Waited for 45mins. Asked the deposit counter again and they informed just pass to the lady of customer service, no need to wait. BUT THE LADY NOT WILLING TO. BAD SERVICE

They have move..picture is old place .have move to a new location..ayer itam..Worst area to have a bank...cause of the morning market and trafic jam..parking is so limited...park far away and walk ...
