A member from this bank did a loan to purchase a private vehicle it has been 12 days since he did the loan and ANB still has even mailed the the check to the other bank to pay off the lien when they said a week prior that the check was already in the mail. 12 days later they told me they will mail the check tomorrow. We will see I’m sure I will probably be waiting another 12 days to figure out they haven’t sent the check still making the original payoff amount higher. Terrible..
