Worst customer service I have ever received from ANY financial institution!I really wish I could say that it was a mistake by a specific person rather than the bank, but I can't.Once you become a customer NOBODY returns your calls, nobody answers the phone, emails are never returned, and when you go to the branch nobody knows what is going on.AND I THOUGHT BANK OF AMERICA WAS TERRIBLE!
