I went down to pawn a ring 14k and a real diamond in the middle it was a very nice ring that cost me alot. Needed money for a bill and since i seen such good reviews i decided to give them a try. There were 2 women who greeted me upon arrival She took my ring,w weighed it and offered me $19 dollars lol I was very offended and felt like she was trying to rip me off. I of course declined the offer and left. I went to super pawn in Phoenix and not only was the location great but they had AWESOME customer service. They checked my ring, weighed it and i was given $120 which was very reasonable on a pawn and i left happy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ALMA SCHOOL PAWN AND GOLD THEY'RE SCAMMERS. They're located in a very awful area and next to a liquor store i should of knew from the start upon arrival

My husband and I came in to check out prices for our jewelry and let me tell you out of all the other ones we have been to Nirvana was the most helpful she greeted us right away and was the nicest unfortunately we were still looking for a little bit more to get us out of a problem but definitely will be back for this kind of customer service!
