Feedback:

Make sure you do not sign your life way. They do not provide pertinent details or paper contracts. They do not let you know ahead of time that equipment is leased for 4 years. You will spend more getting rid of these people than it’s worth it. Equipment is old and not the easiest to use. No manual a nightmare at best.

Jeremy who sighed me up in st Thomas with them pushed me to pay 50$ a month to First Data to get the credit card machine not because it was in my best interest but because he makes a commission on this sale. First data is a terrible company and you are better off buying the credit card machine online. Jeremy also sold me the service for under 2% of my credit card buisness but I would have to call every month because the fee was closer to 7%. I would not recommend allied commercial financial to any one. If you get a call from this company hang up immediately. Doing business with this company was my worst decision as a buisness owner.

(This company allowed for a very pleasurable experience. Not only was the transition very smooth, but their customer service was beyond satisfactory --- they were so polite and worked very quickly in order to save time and offer their best. Being very professional and polite, the company's reps were very helpful ans easy to talk to. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.)After One Year, I knew that I have been paying more fees over 3.5% instead of 2.5%.Moreover, they sent me wrong terminal, cheap one than I paid.I am not going to contract with ACF again in my life and our friends life.

They harass me via cold calling at least 2 times a week. I have told these clowns repeatedly that I am not interested, never to call me again and then block their number. They persist to call me on different numbers. What a horrible lead generation strategy.

I wish I could give zero stars. A salesperson called our place of business to solicit, and asked to speak to the owner or owners of the business. I asked him what this was regarding, and he replied with a very vague line stating that they have a product for companies in the dentistry field (this is a dentist's office). I informed him that we were not interested, and he immediately became VERY rude and said, "Do you even know who we are? Do you know what we do? How do you know you are not interested?". I told him that we were not interested in any services. He said (again, very rudely) "How do you know? Can I speak to the owner?". I politely told him that I knew we were not interested because I am the owner. Then he said, "Can I speak to another owner?". At this point, I ended the conversation. Even if I was in need of their financial services, there would be absolutely no way I would use this company based on their attitude. HORRIBLE!

Mass cold sales calls, rude, harassing. I said you have called here before and the sales rep responded very aggressively and rudely "I have never ever called you before". I was called last week and told them we were not interested and to remove us from their list... they did not comply with that request.

Great experience that at first I was very hesitant to entertain. I'm glad I did and my business is better because of Allied. The rep was very informative and really made changing a painless experience. Thank you!

Just received a solicitation from this establishment. They called me and hung up on me. When i returned a call, i could here ppl talking about gift cards in the background. RON hung up on me as well. I should hope "management" reads this as well. This place is a "CLASS ACT" Right!!!

I'd rather give no stars. A man called me from this company and was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. Maybe train your employees on people skills.

I was excited to start a relationship with them... I even had to pay $20.00 to unlock my credit. Gave them my SSN, Business SSN, personal info and more... By the way, my credit score is 828. They were no call no show... I waited weeks. Called again... Nothing was ever done! This was wrong and a waste of time... Sad.
