Worst bank in the world!

Horrible customer service! Stay away!They unilaterally shut down my accounts without notifying me. Reason: I tried to access information and pay my bills while overseas!I had to change account numbers when back in the US, including the mortgage account. A small problem arises when there are two open mortgages when there should be only one! Yes, it affects the credit score! The 24/7/365 customer service is only taking messages after hours and can’t help you at all. It’s too bad that I can’t give negative stars.
