Cannot express how grateful I am to the Alliance team. Responsive but not pushy. Knowledgeable but not overwhelming. Professional but all around good-hearted. This team of professionals go out of their way to get you through this process. And the best part is that they care about their clients. They won't stick you with a mortgage that is not right for you or that you can't really afford without going "house-poor". And all the paperwork...well....is daunting. I don't think I could have done this without them. There are too many examples of how they go above and beyond to name just one. If looking for a broker - this team is absolutely amazing! I don't have one bad thing to say. Not even an annoyance. And it's a long and big process so you would think I would have at least one minor irritation - just in the course of working with them so much - but nope! Thank you Alliance! I love working with you guys and I WILL be back if I ever need your services again. And I tell everyone that will listen how much you all helped me! I worked mostly with Mike and Karen but even Craig was wonderful when I called in with a question and Mike was out at a settlement. I could go on and on....but it can be summed up in one word. AMAZING!

I initially worked w Mike several years ago when I was refinancing my home mortgage. He was very helpful in answering my questions not only about the refinancing but also about planning for my financial future as I approached retirement. The refinancing was seamless. I also appreciate the monthly newsletters he sends. I recommend him highly.

I highly highly recommend Alliance Mortgage Funding, Inc.! We are a repeat customer, and for a very good reason. Mike and his team are so incredibly personable, and on top of that, they are extremely responsive. Even though they are very busy, I would send Mike an email and he would respond within minutes, if not just a few hours. He also tried everything he could to save us money in any way possible. Mike is extremely professional, kind, and treats everyone with such respect. He remembered us even after 9 years since we had last bought our home and got our mortgage through him! Can't say enough good things about Mike and his team - they truly go above and beyond.

My inspector was very professional and thorough the way she talked to me and handle things she walked me through everything she was doing and explained everything as she went through it.... result I did not purchase the home I was interested in also I think she saved me thousands of dollars

I highly recommend Alliance Mortage Funding Inc. When I first met with Mike he promised he would be available any day of the week (day or night). He always came through on this promise, if he missed my call he’d call back within 15 minutes. Specifically, I found a home I needed a mortgage estimate on, it was a Saturday night at 9:30pm and Mike was able to get me the estimate within 10 minutes! Mike and Craig with Alliance Mortgage has a great reputation and I personally know why now! If you want a company that will be there for you 7 days a week I recommend Alliance Mortgage Funding!
