Had pawned multiple music instruments and an error on their behalf they left a guitar amp off my pawn slip or maybe I'm at fault also for not checking my pawn slip any how when went to retrieve my items no amp they where not even willing to check if there was a amp mislabeled. I work hard for what I have and don't like giving it a way for free I will never go back that's was just my experience negative 5 stars
