This is my second car that I've leased through All American in Point Pleasant and I must say I'm actually a little shocked at the good service all around. Prior to retirement I always owned 'luxury' cars, and although the waiting area doesnt compare to the waiting areas at the luxury dealers, All American has provided the same experience. Their whole staff is welcoming, they never keep me waiting too long, and on my last visit, during the inspection they found a potential problem which they took care of immediately (under warranty- no tricks ever here)I highly recommend them!

I bought a Fusion Hybrid from All American, not only was the price and trade in fantastic, but the service attention and personal touch was all one could hope for, My salesman Jamie did a great job, I got the car at a great price, they gave me more than I could believe for my trade in and the monthly lease very reasonable for a beautiful car, the fusion has great looks and the gas mileage over 45 mpg saves alot.

I've purchased a dozen new cars over the years and this was the best car buying experience I've had so far. Bought a Mazda CX-5. Super laid-back dealership, low-pressure, and quite a few long test drives. They really earned my business. Got a great price and didn't try to add a whole bunch of dealer fees at the end. Ask for Gwen, she's fantastic.
