Formerly Wyoming Student Loan Corp, "Align"'s management of the WSLC student loans is lackluster. WSLC rocked, Align is hit-or-miss for who you get in contact with, they may or may not call you back if you leave a message, and leaving messages is often because they often don't answer.

Reached out to the Align team today. The representation was cold and lacked an interest to help. My position was to request information produced by the Align team in 2013. They indicated it was sent to another company and they will no longer be able to assist. The receiving company commits to never receiving this data. Align's solution is for me to go to the IRS and request the information. The hard part for me, is the IRS is asking me to produce this information. What a catch 22...
