Feedback:

Very poor customer service, I have been a customer since 1990. Over the years Align credit has endured many changes, names, policies and service changes and I stayed. But I have to say in recent years I have experienced very poor customer service and poor follow up on Multiple occasions. I've also had issues in the past with, online Banking, Credit cards not functioning correctly, holding Payments. The credit union is owned and supported by its members and I believe they have forgotten that. I'm sad to say You should not allow them to manage your funds or credit needs as you will be repeatedly disappointed. I've already moved else where with another credit union so I understand and see the difference in quality and customer service. If your having or had problems at Align Credit union your not alone.

Bad customer service my father he doesn’t speak English looking for someone who can help him with the Khmer language the lady who work there is so rude and talk bad about customer behind his back no professional we don’t want go back to that bank anymore

Feels like a failing credit union. Only has a drive through atm, which seems to be down often. Recently closed a popular branch. I would avoid like a dumpster fire that's burning diapers.

Ridiculous charges for insufficient funds and even after explaining why it doesn't matter they don't refund. They love to take your money!! Horrible customer service. Definitely moving to an honest bank!

I had a terrible experience with the commercial loan department. They were unresponsive and senior loan management made promises they were not willing to honor. I will never do business with this bank.

Great service (and good rates). They treat you like a human being, not a number.

Good bank, loan department is a bit shady at best. They have been investigated by the state AG's office before for bad practices and such.
