Y'all are fantastic. So far the service has been great, if I ever had a question all I had to do was call, and Heidy or Rose answers my questions immediately. Giancarlo was my point of contact from the beginning, and I was treated with respect and he made this entire process very easy from the beginning. With a changeover in our accounting department we had a question on understanding fees charged to our bank. With a quick call to Aliant, Rose was able to help us with the understanding and nature and provided a detailed report that matched the fees. Excellent customer service and turn time!

Gian Carlo and Rose Friedman are the best in the business!!! We are a new business and needed a merchant account. They walked me through everything form start to finish. They made the application process quick and painless. They were always there to answer any questions I had - even if I felt they were foolish questions - they never made me feel that way. I would recommend Aliant to anyone who is looking for a new merchant account or anyone who is unhappy with their present processor. I think they both deserve raises for what they do. I worked with Erica and Rose, they are both great. This is my first time accepting credit cards. There was no confusion Erica explained all costs and how the system works. Rose made sure all of my paper work was correctly completed . Over all I should have started accepting credit cards sooner.

We opened a new division and needed credit card merchant processor, shopped around for quite a few days and was so glad we finally decided to go with Erica and her team, they are really special, you could always tell they have a smile on their face even when they are on the phone with you, Erica responds to messages in seconds and is always there for any questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend Aliant and Erica :-) Way to go guys !!!
