THEY SOLD MY 1000$ PHONE WHEN I CALLED LAST NIGHT SAYING I WAS COMING IN TODAY TO GET IT. ALL BECAUSE THE GIRL DIDNT DO HER JOB!!!!! Used to like coming here...until today..i called last night to tell them i was coming in tomorrow to come get my phone. I gave the girl my name she said she waa looking it up on the computer and she was making a note in mh account that id be there the next day. I said thankyou and she said see you tomorrow...i go in there today and they said they had sold my phone...the guy said the girl didnt look up my name and didnt make a note. He said he told her to call me back to get all the info again and she didnt. So now i have no phone. They sold my 1000$ phone that is still under contracf and im still paying att fpr. All because thia girl didnt take and do her job properly...So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Never coming back.
