We submitted our tax information on March 28. Mr Tong mentioned there were 11 clients ahead if us and made no mention he couldn't make the file cutoff date. The last day to file without incurring added charges was extended to the18th. I spoke with Delores on the18th and she gave every indication they would beat the cut off date without filing an extension. She said an email would be sent to our address on file. We didn't receive any follow up email,phone call or any correspondence saying they/we missed the cutoff date. I had to then call them back to ask for an explanation, and have yet to receive one. I will update this post on Mr Tongs resolve with this matter................................................ As of 5.11.18 Mr Tong has addressed my concerns and I am pleased with his resolve. I was able to explain to him my concerns and preferred modes of communication as he was able to accommodate accordingly. Mr. Tong is professional, patient, and very knowledgeable of his profession. Our initial issue was a communication problem, not a tax issue FYI. We will gladly employ his services for the next tax year.

The team at Alex Tong CPA are very friendly and helpful with all my business and personal tax needs. it was difficult to find a CPA but after searching all over DFW i chose Alex because he wanted to make sure that i save as much money as i can when it comes to doing taxes.

Alex and his staff have done our taxes for several years. We keep going back to him because he is knowledgeable, insightful, and expedient. He knows how to navigate some of the gray zones in tax preparation and looks for opportunities to increase tax efficiency. I really appreciate his expertise and like the fact that he is informal but professional. Would highly recommend him.

Alex and his team are highly specialized. I did not realize that his staff included former IRS agents. He managed to solve a $31,000 tax problem for me!No worries if you are not organized. Alex puts links to his software in your inbox, you just answer the questions and upload the documents and nothing could be easier.Alex will consult with you anytime to decide on a strategy that will best minimize the taxes you pay.
