Seriously they said my check was ready friday call monday now if wont be ready till tuesday ive been waiting over 3 weeks now all becuase you cant call someone and tell them you need more info to send the check. You are a pathetic excuse for a company and i am now getting my lawyer involved

Awful. No email for communication with issues, only open M-F, have to hit 1 for English and listen to their full disclaimer before they tell you they aren't open anyway. Clueless on how to serve the customer in the 21st century.
