He was accommodating, informational, patient and made it so very easy to get the proper information on what would be best for our store. There was no sales pressure, or unnecessary upselling, just the goods.Not only did he provided what he said he would, but he took the time and every time I wanted some help to answer and guide me through what I needed. He thoroughly trained me and informed me on EVERYTHING I needed to know about the system and I am very confident in using the product efficiently.
