The gentleman who waited on me was patient and helpful. I so much appreciated his genuinely friendly and engaging manner. Nevertheless, he was knowledgeable and professional. I went away with lovely jewelry, feeling that both Alan's and I had made a good and fair deal. I will no doubt stop in Alan's the next time I am in Cherokee.
