Client Review on Alamo Loan
Feedback:
I currently have loan here and it’s not a bad place, the staff is friendly and professional and have always treated me with respect. But it’s a cash only business which seems a little odd, but also I live 11 miles away and to have to withdraw cash & come here in person. It’s a bit of hassle but simply because they do not offer a pay by card option or pay over the phone option. I get that it’s a small business but everyone is using card now. And today of all days I go by to make my payment because there’s literally no answer on the phone and there’s a note on the door, like a hand written note, that states the power is out so they won’t be open! Truly the most frustrating thing is that I’m pretty sure they have our numbers in a filing cabinet somewhere and couldn’t even call to let us know.I’m willing to change my rating to a 5 star if anything changes!
