Worst company ever to deal with, nearly made my company bankrupt, Lisa Kelly manager complaints dept, doesn't respond or acknowledge correspondence, threatened with a ccj so had no cj#hoice but to be bent over a barrel. avoid at all costs

Terrible service and NEVER EVER go near Clover as it's thoroughly unreliable and prone to unexplained crashes. The service / help desk is abominable and this system will do nothing except cause you grief. Stay away. Its unreliability has cost us dearly and I hope that nobody else is taken in by its slick appearance and compelling sales pitch.

These are so unhelpful, they will only help if you pa them £15 a month in regards to PC compliance and they make it extra hard for you to do things on your own when it could be a lot simpler! I'v been trying to do it online myself and had numerous issues. The link they sent after id figured out how to start the process walnut open in safari or explorer i had to download google chrome. Now ill be paying up to £25 a month until I complete whatever it is I need to do :( Wish I'd read the reviews on here before I'd chosen card saver who use these guys.

Miss-sold by the sales agent, I was told at point of sale that I would NOT be charged a monthly fee but a % on each sale through Authipay. I have been charged over €70 per month D/D which was never setup up by myself and I have called and I have called and I have called about this and no one ever calls me back and it never gets rectified, it's theft!! I have had this problem for over 12 months now and it is still ongoingI get told of the AIB Bank, that AIB Authipay, are not the same entity as the AIB but a third party and there is nothing that they can do, and it is them I have to contact (which I have done on numerous occasions). I emplore you, not to join Authipay, the customer services is abysmal and if they make errors, they do not rectify.

The worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. Waiting since the middle of February to get some information and changes to my account. All I get are apologies and promises that it will be addressed asap but to no avail. My advice would be steer well clear and use an alternative like Stripe, Paypal or any other merchant provider - it would be impossible to receive worse customer service.

Absolutely terrible service, waited over 2 hours for an answer from the sales team, which never happened. any member of staff i did speak to simply wanted to pass the buck to someone else. incredibly frustrating and appalling service
